| SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most cases, your order will be shipped using UPS ground delivery service unless next day or 2nd day options have been checked. Shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and international orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. **Fly Bird is now PayPal savvy! Please contact us via email if you are interested in using PayPal so we can figure the shipping and send you an invoice.** Typically, merchandise ships within 7 days once the order has been placed. In some rare instances we will need up to 14 business days to ship your order. In the event of a backorder you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for purchases until we have made sure that all items ordered are in stock.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Sales Tax:
All purchases shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
RETURNS
At Fly Bird we stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, so if for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us. If an item arrives to you damaged please contact us immediately at returns@fly-bird.net so we can arrange for a replacement. Full refunds (minus shipping) will only be issued if merchandise is returned to us within 14 days. The product must be returned to us undamaged in its original packaging with the packing slip for a refund, store credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. Items returned after the 14 day period and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please send an email to returns@fly-bird.net in order to request a return authorization number. We will not accept COD deliveries.
